Protruding metal plate to lay phones on as USB cable is not long enough

Dear Sir/Madam

Please kindly send my feedback to the designer of the multi-port charging stand at Maroondah Realm Library at Eastland Shopping Mall that the user charging cables are not long enough to attach to the USB ports that are at the top of the stand thus the phones will be disconnected from the cables or hanging in mid-air.

Please advise the designer to redesign the USB cables to the base of the stand or include protruding meter plate to lay the phones on.

Thank you for your time.

Regards,

Ben
