Sino-Pack 2025 Wraps Up with Bentsai Showcasing Its Advanced Thermal Inkjet Technology

From March 4 to 6, 2025, the annual Sino-Pack exhibition took place at the Guangzhou Pazhou International Exhibition Center. Known for its large scale, professional focus, and global audience, Sino-Pack is a key event for the packaging industry. The Coding & Marking Pavilion, in particular, attracts leading companies and holds strong influence in the sector.

Bentsai, a company specializing in thermal inkjet (TIJ) printhead technology and its applications in cartridges and printers, showcased its latest innovations at the event. These included upgraded cartridges, new handheld and industrial printers, and advanced GS1 Data Matrix code solutions.


Key Highlights from Bentsai

Enhanced Cartridges with Faster Printing Speeds Bentsai introduced its new cartridges, which deliver improved print quality and faster speeds. These cartridges can print up to 50 QR codes per second. During the live demo, Bentsai's cartridges performed at a level comparable to HP cartridges in terms of high-speed QR code printing.

Industrial Printers for GS1 Code Applications The company launched its latest TIJ industrial printer, equipped with an updated operating system that is more user-friendly and functional. It has been specially upgraded for GS1 code printing, meeting the increasing demand in more and more countries. An open API enables seamless integration with third-party systems, providing flexibility and convenience for customers.

New Handheld Printers for Versatile Use Bentsai unveiled a new handheld stamp printer that combines editing, printing, and scanning. This printer is designed for rough, small, or irregular surfaces, making it highly versatile. Compared to similar products, it offers a more intuitive touchscreen interface, greater storage capacity, and longer battery life. Bentsai also introduced a new desktop printer that excels in precise printing on unique surfaces such as irregular items and thin tubes.

Innovative Booth Design Bentsai’s 140-square-meter booth was located at the entrance of Hall 10.1 and divided into well-organized sections, including a printhead display area, GS1 coding demo zone, and product experience spaces. The layout, focused on Bentsai’s proprietary TIJ technologies, left a strong impression on visitors and highlighted the company’s expertise.
